I am about to exchange on a property and my solicitor says that he hasn't been provided with a gas safety report nor the electrical report. I understand that vendors don't normally provide this as it's mainly a landlord - tenant requirement. I would therefore like to engage n electrician to urgently carry a full Electrical Installation Condition Report. The property is a 1960s semi-detached 3 bedroom house. Please quote me happy.
