Looking for a quote for external re-painting of door and windows.

1 x door 13 x windows

The windows and door need repainting every 4 years as a condition of the lease. The work will be inspected by the management company afterwards also.

The windows are all sash windows and most of them (12) are on the first floor, with the door and bedroom on the ground floor.

• Added 23rd May, 2016 : The management company have been very specific about the type of paint to be used:

-two coats of dulux trade weathershield exterior flexible undercoat -one finishing coat of exterior high gloss. Exterior colour is to be antique white
