Decided to go ahead with have a new combi boiler installed as replacing the part was proving to be too expensive.
James and his colleague arrived early in the morning and were very polite and friendly throughout explaining the different steps required. They ensured that every radiator in the house was working perfectly before leaving and in one case even had to replace a valve for one as it had not been working before they arrived. Once the job was complete they stepped my husband & I through how to use the new boiler and even helped us to setup the wireless timer.
I would definitely recommend James' company to friends and in the event we have any other plumbing needs we will definitely be getting in contact with his company.
