I have two large tiles in my shower cubicle have cracked and want them replace with the spares I have . Also in would like my shower basin re-sealed as well, I know this is a small job

Had Rick around some two weeks ago to show him the work required, he said he would get back to me with a quote but never has and has wasted my time. maybe the job is to small or it might be that I stated I would want him to complete the work himself as I don't want the work completed by someone else ?
RDR Plastering Services's reply:

I don't understand why I got negative feedback as I didn't do any work it's taken longer to get a quote to him as I'm been very busy before I could give him a quote he has giving me negative feedback
