Homeowner looking to hire for the following work: Repairs to gutters at front of property (replace seals/end caps and replace bracket at one end). Replacement/repair of broken bricks at front of property, to match original (soft red brick, 1900-10 house). Some repointing at front and rear of property, to match original. Rebuild small front garden wall (approx 160cm long 70cm high), with DPM between wall & house, to match others. 4” hole cut in 1st floor bathroom wall & fit extractor fan ready for wiring.

Also looking for quotes for the following work: Building of block firewall in roof space between mine and neighbour's property (approx 7-8m, with small chimney to work around)
