Currently have a 4 bedroom detached house in Rogerstone near Newport. We have a glass/ pvc conservatory at the back of the house and would like this removed and have a single storey extension built. Would possibly like to re-jig internal layout inside the house also dependent on cost and if this would be possible eg removal of walls etc. All dependent on cost. Neighbours all have very large extensions therefore confident planning permission would be granted. Thanks
