We have had provisional plans drawn up for a 20 square metre single storey side extension to a 1920's semi in Bexley. It comprises of a bedroom and kitchen/diner with utility room. We need 2 steels. We do not need planning permission as Bexley council have informed us it is PD. We want a flat roof extension with a dummy pitch roof. We need a planner to give us a quote, everything included (incl. thames water as we are 1.5m away from a sewer but not building over). We have found a builder and would like to proceed asap.
