We are looking for a builder to remove the wall between the kitchen and dining room, there are further alterations to be made including moving a door way and partitioning off the utility area. some advice is also sought about the possibility of removing a wall, but it is under the stairs.

We believe a steel needs to be used. There will be plastering, floors/electrical issues to be addressed.
