we have a small cloak room floor that needs tiling its only 5ft x 3 ft , I have the tiles they are 30x60 porcelain tiles we will remove the vinyl and buy any other equipment needed. I know this is only a small job but we are looking to have other rooms done when finances allow there will be 2 other bathrooms and a kitchen diner in the future. please do not be put off because it is a small area to do
