Bathroom wall tiles starting to come away, it's external wall and around/below the double glazed window. Assume this is combination of cold winters and shower water getting into wall.

Would like tiles removed and refitted so it doesn't look old and new (tiles are plain white and standard size) along with wall made good if needed.
