We had Jez in for a single storey extension that includes knocking down an existing extension, building work (that included an RSJ the whole width of the house), modifying existing utility room and installing kitchen, we later on added driveway and patio area.
The project seemed to have the usual drain problems to start with more unexpected drains turning up but Jez dealt with with no issues modifying foundations to suit. He organised all with the building control. Had managed the whole project bringing the various trades in as and when required.
The whole project was finished in about 8 weeks which seemed amazing for the amount of work done and the finished kitchen/utility room plus patio area looks amazing. Jez's team were all great to work with. Compared to other quotes though his pricing was good.
Will have Jez back for round 2.
