I am actively seeking an experienced house builder.

The type of property is a new build, 3 bedroom detached family house with a square footage of approximately 1000 sq ft in the residential area of Chorlton in Manchester. The planning permission has already been obtained for the property, along with the structural drawings and building control have been notified. I am the current land owner and I will be project managing this development.

  • Added 23rd November, 2015 : I am the current land owner and a developer myself, I'm currently at full capacity at the moment hence soughing after a new builder. If this project is successful I would love a new long term business relationship to be created for future work.
