Hi. I'm renovating a small bungalow, which currently has an old Baxi Bermuda fireplace and back boiler central heating system.

I would like to have the fireplace and back boiler removed (and any other parts of the old system that aren't needed such as the hot water tank), and a new boiler installed in a suitable location. I would also like an extra radiator installed in the lounge.

I am looking for someone who would be able to meet me at the house, advise me on what sort of boiler would be appropriate and the best place to put it, and give me a quote. I am working to a tight budget so will need to consider the most cost effective solution.
