I take ownership of a new-build 3 storey house on approx 16th November - I've just spoken to main contractor and they're confident of completion date.

I'm looking for the following:

Engineered wood floors to be fitted throughout house (3 floors, 500 sqft per floor)

Carpet to be laid in 2 rooms.

The top floor is 500 sqft open plan. I'd like to install an ensuite shower room and walk in wardrobe, which will involve stud walls. There is an existing bathroom directly below.

I have photos + plans available.

Taking possession of property approx 20th November, wish to be in by Christmas.
