Baxi combi 80e boiler with a fan/flue fault - Central Heating job in Wimbledon, South London
Our Baxi Combi 80e boiler initially had no pressure. After being re-pressurised, a 50 degree warning light came on suggesting either a fan/flue fault or an internal error. After attempted resets, etc, the warning light always comes on meaning no hot water or heating.
Initial assessment done by local engineer who now doesnt have enough time to complete the job identified that the fan wasn't running. The fan was replaced as part of a service 2 months ago so potential connection/power issues?
Feedback for Ignis Installations
An honest, professional and friendly service. Highly recommended.
Mark was extremely efficient, accommodating and courteous when it came to organising a visit as well as during all communications.
My boiler problem had been incorrectly diagnosed by another outfit (Pimlico Plumbers) as well as providing an extortionate quote for the repair.
Mark found the actual problem almost immediately and was very patient in explaining it and all the potential considerations. He was accurate in his time estimations for the completion of the job and reasonably priced.
