Small extension, long rsj, knock through and glazi - Kitchen Fitting job in Manchester, Lancashire

Job description

I have a largish Edwardian house in Chorlton, South Manchester. It has a small kitchen recently updated which is part of an existing ground floor extension. I want to open uop the space, knock through the diuning room into the kitchen and use the redundant void which currenty exists outside the dining room window, to create a much larger room with large velux. The resulting kitchen diner would then need modern, stylish glazing across the full width of the back of the house, maybe 8 metres total length. Ideally, an dif possible, the kicthen units, aplliances would stay as they are, with the addition of radiators to heatthe larger space.

Feedback for Architech Planning services

Tony contacted me through MyBuilder and suggested he could visit the site, draw-up the plans, which would include drainage and RSJ. Tony visited my house twice and drew up some brilliant plans, wrote a schedule of works and even amended the plans when my wife changed her mind. These plans enabled me to get some really good quotes from builders. This was money well spent and Tony is a genuine, helpful and experienced ex-builder who gives really top advice. I would recommend him to my family and friends.
