Job description
Hi,
I am the landlord of a flat in SE14. The tenant in my flat would like the windows replaced. I think there is a bit of damp from the rain and the windows wooden frames may just need to be repaired. Need someone to visit the flat and give me a quotation for repairing/replacing the windows.
Please note I live overseas, and hence the phone below is not a UK number. Communication via email would be best.

Paulius did a very good job fixing the windows in my rented flat. Despite being overseas and communicated with Paulius only via email, he was able to visit the flat, assess the work that needs to be done, gave me a competitive quotation and did a very good job. The tenant was also happy with the work and the quality of his craftsmanship.
I will definitely use him again in the future.
