Richard was great! He called me straight after shortlisting and setup a time to pop round within very short notice (came round 8am the next day!).
In the morning he kept me up-to-date with coming over and was very friendly. He got straight to work on the simple task and sorted the job quickly - even when the old gas pipe snapped off he showed me what was happening and let me know exactly what he planned to do. Great service and an obviously knowledgeable chap, I'd recommend Richard + Hydro Gas in a heartbeat.
