Tile floor in toilet - Tiling job in Liverpool, Merseyside

Job description

The job is to remove existing floor tiles from a toilet room which measures approximately 60 inches by 60 inches and then re-tile the floor. The toilet will need to be removed before the tiling takes place and then replaced. Whatever is under the tiles may need to be replaced.
I'll supply the tiles and the trades person needs to supply everything else and include it in their quote.

Anthony gave me a reasonable quote and was very pleasant. Unfortunately, he did a poor job. Despite the removal of the toilet prior to tiling was part of the job spec, he texted me to get someone else to do that before he started, which I did.
He re-tiled the floor unevenly, the grouting wasn't smooth, he left the carpet just outside the toilet with cement on it, didn't replace the carpet into the metal strip and didn't re-hang the door as it required trimming because the new tiles were thicker than the old.

Joliey Property Maintenance Solutions's reply:

Hi, Firstly I am not a plumber and advised the client to remove the toilet. With regards to the grouting (please see images) it is smooth also the tiles are level. again see images.
I informed that the tiles are thicker than the previous tiles hence the door would need to be shaved. This was no problem with the client. The carpet trim was fitted and secured correctly.
