We were really impressed with Richard and his son who arrived on time and completed the work quickly and to the quote they had suggested, which seemed a fair and reasonable price. I particularly like that Richard provided an estimate before attending the site, which makes it a lot easier to know whether it's worth pursuing before everyone's time is spent.

Richard kindly also had a look at the dishwasher whilst he was there.
