Fixing plaster following a leak, and damp in vestibule - Damp Proofing job in Enfield, Middlesex

Job description

3 bed end of terrace house. We are the owners Previous water leak from roof (now fixed) has left some areas needing replastered in a bedroom and in the hall. The wall has dried out but the plaster has blown In addition, there's a very strong damp smell in the vestibule and signs of damp in the wall. I suspect that the damp proof course below the floor is damaged (note that I don't believe in rising damp and do not require any drilling into the walls, etc). I'm looking for a quote to get the two internal walls replastered and an idea of what needs to be done to fix the vestibule, plus replastering of the vestibule wall

John and Nick have undertaken three separate pieces of work for us, and each has been completed to an extremely high standard and finish. John has taken time to assess and discuss options with me, and I have a lot of trust in his opinion. In a couple of cases he advised against undertaking work as unnecessary, and he made sure that the sources of the problems were fully identified and rectified. Both are extremely professional and have kept me updated throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, from initial consultation through to completition of the job. Knowlegable, professional and hard working.
