The hot water tank has had a persistent leak for a while now, despite attempts to fix it. It looks like an adjoining pipe or washer needs to be replaced. The leak is not particularly strong (a non-emergency), however, it has built up quite a lot of scum over time.

• Added 26th May, 2015 : If possible, on the same visit i would like to separately get our boiler serviced. Please can you quote for both jobs together and separately.
