Job description

Plan to create a shower room in part of a large bedroom and also to replace the ceiling/wall linings to improve insulation. The ceilings and wall have been stripped of lathe and plaster and are ready for insulation (Kingspan)and plasterboard lining.The joiner work consists of insertion of Kingspan between timber ceiling joists and wall studs, plasterboard ceiling and wall lining, construction of stud partition to create shower room consisting of timber, insulation and plasterboard linings, ply floor lining, ply vent duct and ply lining for shower walls. Two new pass doors to be included in the new partition and skirting to be renewed.

Packing at rafters 38x89 - 25 metres
100mm Kingspan - 11 sheets
Plasterboard 12.5 foil back - 11 sheets
Plasterboard 12.5 moisture resist - 3 sheets
Plasterboard 12.5 plain - 7 sheets
Timber studs for partition - partition 5.40 long x 2.40 high (studs already on site)
Doors and frames 762x1981 - 2 No (budget £55 each door)
Facings for two doors
Checks for two doors
Skirting 125mm - 21 metres
Ply 18mm WBP and framing for vent duct and shower walls - 3 sheets
Ply 12mm WBP line shower floor - 1 sheet
Fit pre assembled bathroom units - 1100 long for WC and WHB incl fit worktop and skirting.
