I can definitely recommend Jack and would certainly use him again for other jobs. He replied very promptly to my job advert and came to see me within a couple of days. He actually spent some time making notes and taking measurements (unlike many trades that have been to the house). He promptly returned his quote detailing time and materials to be used. I found his attitude professional, polite, communicative and friendly and his price reasonable.
During the job he always turned up when he said he would, worked very hard when he was at the house and I felt comfortable having him around. He was easy to discuss things with and offered practical advice and solutions where necessary.
When he'd finished the job we went over everything together. I am quite fussy about my finish and he was happy to go over a couple of areas that I asked him to without question and without making me feel bad at all for being a perfectionist.
I am very happy with the finished job and grateful to have found Jack at the eleventh hour when I had been let down by my previous plasterer.
I hired him based on previous feedback he'd received on the site and feel happy to be able to add to that.
