I have several sash windows that need repair and renovation. Not in that bad a condition, but my victorian terrace maisonette has moved and its causing the frame in the living room to become distorted and causing cracking of plater work and bottom sash has a slight gap. Would like an experienced carpenter to view and quote for renovating the 2 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bedroom sash windows. Would probably need to remove box frames, check for rot on sills and replace any damp, then refit so windows can open and close properly. I would prefer renovation that replacement as the windows are really not in bad condition, but I will need someone to have a look and quote for the job.
