Rip out old bathroom, install new bathroom suite with 1700mm bath, shower in bath and shower screen, floor to ceiling tiles, new extractor fan either external or in one of the spotlights, new towel rad, hanging of new door to match existing, with handle and lock (we already have), new bathroom mirrored cabinet with shaver socket, new light switch to outside of bathroom, ceiling skimmed with 4 new spot lights installed with removal of existing loft hatch in ceiling of bathroom and painted white. Bathroom is approx 2.2m x 2m due to current layout i think the suite needs to be moved to get maximum use of space. We are yet to pick suite, tiles or rad, so if you are able to supply those as well this could be on interest, otherwise just the fitting/installation cost please.
