I'm setting up mum for downstairs living in her lounge following discharge from hospital on 05/06. I would like a sink & vanity unit to store toiletries underneath plumbed into the corner of her lounge. It would be the other side of a kitchen wall so hopefully getting water to it will be straight forward. The other wall is an external wall into the back garden where the kitchen sink already drains.
