I want to build an ensuite which involves knocking down stud wall and making bigger. putting in little window and then putting in a shower room with plumbing connecting to downstairs bathroom sewage. Also i want a small internal wall in my downstairs hall knocked down and then floor retiled, door repositioned and external window put in.
