Absolutely charming Colin came to look at the work I needed on my little flat after having numerous people give me ridiculous quotes and scare monger me. He was so lovely and advised the job was very small- to the point where he said I was better off getting a local person do it or do it myself. This was all I needed- an honest person giving an honest opinion and not being ripped off. What a lovely man and if I ever need any big restoration done in the future he will be the first person I call!
