Customer description

Hi, I am looking to completely redo my bathroom, replace the bath with walk-in shower, replace remaining suite and all fixtures/fittings - taps, radiator, mirror, extractor etc. Also looking to retile and repaint, and add in some storage niches. Bathroom is 2m x 2.5m, not too much change to layout although hoping to move toilet slightly to accommodate larger shower area. Bathroom is the main bathroom in my flat (third floor with lifts) in a newish (~15years) purpose built block of flats. Can secure parking as needed. Have a good idea of what I’d like it to look like and have some options picked out for tiles, suite etc. Don’t have a specific time frame but would like to get it done fairly soon. Looking for a high quality finish.

Added 12th April, 2023: ----------------------- Looking to do the following: ▪ Replace bath with walk in shower (1700 x 900mm) with concealed valve style shower with two outlets in brushed brass ▪ Install shower controls on opposite wall to the shower if possible ▪ Install shower caddy and foot rest on same wall as shower and in matching finish to shower ▪ Move toilet 20cm to the right to accommodate the larger shower size ▪ Replace toilet and flush for button style flush in matching finish to shower ▪ Replace basin will wall hung vanity, countertop basin and wall mounted taps in matching finish to shower ▪ Extend partition wall behind toilet/basin to the ceiling and build in recessed shelving above the toilet ▪ Utilize space above basin by installing recessed mirrored cabinet ▪ Retile full bathroom – shower area and left wall in smaller herringbone style tiling, remaining wall and floor with larger format standard tile ▪ Replace all fixtures and fittings including towel rail, radiator with matching finish ▪ Repaint ceiling fan and replace extractor fan and down-lighters(2)
