Radiator not warning up though supply pipe is hot - Central Heating job in Rugby, Warwickshire

One of my radiators does not warm up. The pipe feeding in to the thermostatic valve does get hot, but not the radiator or the outbound pipe.. I've tried adjusting the valves on both sides, bleeding the air out etc. but it appears the input valve is broken or blocked.

Great bit of work yesterday - the job was a bit more difficult than anticipated, but they persisted and solved the issue :) So I'm very happy and have a warm bathroom now. I'll happily recommend them to anyone, and I will use them again myself.
