Customer description

Following a leak under the bath upstairs, the ceiling in the kitchen has collapsed leaving a hole with an approximate diameter of 1m and water damage surrounding that. No other areas of the ceiling appear to be sagging. Existing ceiling is has artex finish, but I’d be looking to have the entire ceiling skimmed to a smooth finish also.
