One of our bedrooms is double plaster boarded so the door doesn’t close.

If you plane the door so it shuts, it would leave a gap, so basically the door needs planning, then a thin strip of wood needs putting up in front of the door, so that there’s no gap. The photo shows the door closed as far as it can. Thanks Jon
