Safety check of the gas boiler - Gas Work job in Deptford, South London

Job description

I've just bought and moved in an ex-council one bedroom flat in London SE8. The electrics, gas and hot water are 3 areas that need urgent care before the flat goes under refurb. If you can do the three of them, great ! If not, here's what I'm requiring :

A gas safe registered engineer → To undertake a general safety check of the gas boiler.

A qualified electrician → To undertake the appropriate inspection and testing in order to rewire and upgrade the electrics.

A competent plumber → To check the hot water cylinder which looks a bit dated and is lacking insulation + replacement if needed.
