Customer description

Hi there

There was water bursting down from the ceiling where the boiler located above in the bedroom. Looks like its pipe connecting to boiler bursting water as the radiator above that room went empty. The new tenant moved in tried to work out how the boiler works, and then water coming off the ceiling.

I need experience plumber to see where the pipe is bursting in the ceiling and see if it is related to the boiler.
