I live in a bungalow in Christchurch. There is a very small pitched roof light which is leaking and causing water stains on the hall ceiling. I guess it could be between 80 and 90 years old. The two options, I think, could be to either replace the window or to remove the window and retile. There is an electric light in the loft so the window is not really necessary. Would this job be something you could sort out please?
