Yes I admit I didn’t turn up for the reason being. On the phone you explained to me your husband had messed around with the boiler to save yourself a few pound on a registered engineer, when it went wrong you then asked me to come round to investigate further and my response was I’m not prepared to mess with a boiler that a unqualified person has messed with as I would have to put my name to the repair and I’d also be taking responsibility of the boiler. Which ultimately I wasn’t prepared to do..
