This man is a nightmare by walking off with all my money without finishing the job, he doesn't listen & overrides any decisions you make & you only find out until he's it's done. He's been very nasty & won't take any criticism. I paid him 4k over what his father had quoted me & I've not got half of what I was initially quoted for. he's an immature & unprofessional baby. On advice from trading standards am taking this him to court not only for not completing my job when he'd been paid for it & for but for the quality of his work. he walked off the job knowing im am extremely unwell, disabled women on their own & his actions would leave me in hell.He also came back to my home and took back materials I'd paid for smashing up my garden furniture.I don't believe if I was a man he'd of done any of this ! I've had 3 different professional to assess his work which they all say is of appallingly poor quality & the cabin needs pulling down and starting again, They've all stated I will have major issues within 5 years because it's so badly built & what Ive paid is ridiculously overpriced for what he's produced. one night he called me 14 times & last call was after midnight!!! Telling me things I told him over & over I didn't understand about materials. What he's built doesn't remotely resemble the photos I showed him or what I was promised it's heartbreaking Josh is a big nasty bully that shouldn't be working near people or as a builder be he doesn't have a clue what he's doing !!!
