Customer description

A small section of the outside girder has fallen off (ground floor ceiling level, front of terraced house, accessible by ladder). Imagine this is due to frost damage in recent days. Have kept the c.12" triangle of ledge/exterior joist. My guess is this needs to be stuck back on with some type of external filler and repainted white.
