I hired Andy for various building works, whilst it started out okay he would get here on time and work a full day. After a few weeks he would come late and disappear for a few hours a time. He then brought labourers without informing me and sent me invoices for them. Andy installed some structural 'supports' and didn't fix them to anything, I had to get another builder to do that. Some of the work has since gone wrong and Andy said he would only come and fix it if I leave him a review on my builder. I also had a mysterious broken downstairs window inside whilst Andy was working but claims it wasn't him. I live alone. Very good at cleaning up.
