I am sorry you feel that way. I arrived at your job on time as arranged. I gave you a price, which you accept. I did the job cheaper than quoted also moved wet rugs outside for you, checked your heating was working and advised you about getting dehumidifier to dry out your building.my original price I gave you was £200 .I billed you £150. I was at your job for 1.5 hours not 15 minutes. Thanks for your feedback. Bob.
