Tom Paterson provided and installed a beautiful wood burner which is now a feature of our lounge and home. The fire burns wonderfully and Tom provided advice and feedback as we lit our first two small fires.

Tom warned there might be some smoke on the first burn - it's not really smoke it is the paint curing. We had two small fires to start with, as advised by Tom, and there was very little smoke/paint curing, and it stayed in the stove and did not come into the room.

Tom advised we buy 'Ready to Burn' approved wood, which we did through Henley Logs. Henley Log's supplied kiln dried logs that are seasoned and the smell was a mix of forest and incense - divine.

I have always wanted a log fire in our home after having them in previous homes, but did not think this was possible. After having an old back boiler removed, Tom Paterson made our hopes a reality. Thank you Tom and Paul!
