Inspect existing fireplace & chimney & advise options - Fireplaces & Flues job in Enfield, Middlesex

Job description

We have just moved into a new house (built 1950's) and there is a fireplace that has been boarded up. We'd like to uncover it and do an inspection to see what is behind it. We'd like advice on whether we can install a new fireplace or log burner and what maintenance needs carrying out on the flue. Once it has been inspected and we have been advised of the options, we will then decide what works to carry out but this will likely include installing either a fireplace or log burner.

Gary and Wayne installed a log burner for us and were excellent from start to finish. Communication was great and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work required. They were happy to help with additional bits like re-routing and wiring cables, and were happy to advise on design and style surrounding the log burner. They didn't leave until we were happy with everything and Gary is still sending us advice on which logs to buy! Very knowledegable and valuable experience. Would definitely recommend.
