Job description

I've just bought a house on bellamy drive, Belmont - Stanmore ha7 2dd. Looking to extend the rear by the max 6 metres and ideally would build a pitched roof achieving some thing like http://www.plusrooms.co.uk/ideal-home-magazine-feb-2013/660/ The width of the house is 5metres. Would like to use the new extended area as both kitchen and living area with biFolding doors facing the rear garden. I've read that I won't need a planning permission but rather need to seek neighbour consultation... Need advise on what is it that au need to provide to the council and whether this is something that I can do myself using CAD Software which I'm very capable of modelling or need an architect? If so could I please get a quote on proceeding with the paperwork and drawings?

Feedback for Bischell

Bischell and the team got my 6m approved first time round. The engineer was clever in his final design and they met my brief exactly. They dealt with my neighbours in order for me to avoid expensive party wall costs.
The final design gave me up to 4m ceiling and a lot of light. I am very thankful for their hard work, The end product looks like something of a magazine. I must admit that after the drawings where completed I asked for a few cheeky extras and they were happy to help me out. I then recommended them to my family so I waited to see if their standards would drop on another project but they did not let me down there! So 2 from 2 projects I give them 20/20.
