Ali was very helpful and went the extra mile. He came for a requested pre inspection to answer questions, gave recommendations and fielded questions regarding specs and queries when I had to research online for parts and items. He was responsive and replaced the sink and tap and completed the job in one day and came quite early too. He even asked to rearrange existing pipework and valves and to remove whatever wasn't needed for more efficient spacing even though this task wasn't requested. He helped with spare parts that were missing and offered further suggestions/improvements for other plumbing queries. Overall, he was very friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful for a variety of issues and types of work to be done. Would definitely recommend.
