Phil inspected the area we were seeing some water ingress into the property and was able to identify the problem with the roof. He explained the issue we had and how we could fix it. I appreciated his transparency and honesty when offering a solution.

I had multiple roofers inspect the issue and Phil was the most honest, trustworthy and fair out of them all. When asking Phil about other works for the roof, he would make an assessment and offer his honest opinion (rather than going after more money).

I will certainly consider Phil for any future roofing and building work again.
