Customer description

We have been told that some of our ridge tiles are missing the mortar, and water can get in. I don't know how extensive this is, or whether they can be repaired or need lifting and refixing. We are in a bungalow, so access is easy. The house is just over thirty years old. We would appreciate it if someone could have a closer look and do what is required to keep the water out. I am attaching a photograph of the house. Thank you.
