Customer description

We have an overflow in our bath that was fitted by a plumber last year - it was a really bad job and we didn’t even ask him to change our existing overflow. It’s been leaking and has now completely fallen off. It is a twist one which makes the plug go up and down. We would like the overflow replaced by an overflow cover, and the plug itself could be a push up and down one. The same plumber also installed a new push up and down plug in our sink which is now stuck down, we also need that replacing.
