approx size is just 2m x 3.5m . i am taking down a wall to open it up to the dining area. i aim to reconfigure the plumbing . i have plans from howdens and ikea the plans are fairly similar and require integrated dishwasher, washing machine, single oven, 50/50 fridge freezer, induction hob. with approx 10 units. with lighting... i am looking at laying laminate flooring throughout the downstairs area... the worktop is also likely to be laminate. i would go with fitting worktop backboards rather than tiles.
