• Extension: Basic outline plans (for quotes and planning application)

Customer description

We are hoping revamp the back of the house. The aim is to install a downstairs wc, utility room and new kitchen. The space in the kitchen is limited and we aren’t sure what to do for the best (knock into dining room, extend back, extend to the side, connect to garage, etc). We are hoping to get some inspiration and ideas. Our budget is quite tight, around £50,000 all in. Looking for someone with a proven track record of work and has experience of working with a tight budget.
